It starts with a few questions that you can fill up in the morning, such as; “What are you grateful for? What are your affirmations for the day?”In the evening you will be able to close your day by journaling about your wins that day, what you accomplished, your intentions for the next day and more. You can plan your week on Sunday night right before you start your workweek. You can do this by addressing your mission for the week, things you want to achieve, etc.…On a monthly basis, you will get check-ins allowing you to look back and to plan ahead.
The goal of this journal is to make you happier and live a more fulfilling life. I believe that positivity is present where gratitude is. Through this journal, you can plan your day, your week, and your month.
Journaling has been an essential part of my life since I was young. I always resorted to pen and paper when life got tough. In the past few years, I started to resort to journaling every morning and evening. The more I journaled, the more grateful and productive I became. Journaling has this meditative impact on me and I wanted to share it with the people around me and with the world. As I shared the gift of journaling with my students, my partners, my clients and friends; I saw their life transform for the better. And this is how the Gratitude, Productivity and Happiness Journal came to be.
